Payroll trainee wanted

Job Description

Our company was founded in 1997 and specializes in meeting the needs of small businesses and sports clubs. In addition to providing accounting and payroll services, we also serve our partners in the areas of tax, business management, and tender consulting and management. In order to provide these services at a high level, we are looking for a professionally qualified accountant to join our team of more than 40 employees.

Tasks:

  • Submitting monthly tax returns
  • Supporting the work of senior payroll accountants
  • Use of Kulcs-Soft payroll software
  • Other administrative tasks
  • Participation in inspections by official bodies to check working time records, attendance sheets, payroll calculations and other information for the purpose of identifying and reconciling discrepancies in payroll accounting.
  • Performing all social security tasks (sick pay, CSED, GYED, workplace accidents)
  • In the case of social security payment offices, determining the amount of benefits and forwarding them to the payment office, recording them on the appropriate forms
  • Collecting materials on site if necessary, otherwise collecting data electronically from the client

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree (payroll and social security administrator), minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Comprehensive payroll administration
  • Comprehensive administration related to the establishment and termination of employment based on data received from the client
  • Data reporting to authorities (OEP, NAV, MÁK, NEAK, KSH)
  • Preparation (preparation of returns, tables) and submission of tax and contribution returns.
  • Maintaining contact with partners both in writing and verbally
  • Informing management
  • Informing accountants about factors affecting the accounting side of monthly payroll accounting, consultation with the accountant
  • Issuing employer and other certificates
  • Answering questions from clients regarding labor and payroll accounting and social security payment locations.
  • Accurate, up-to-date knowledge of the laws and regulations related to the performance of tasks and their practical application in daily work.

 

Advantages:

  • Experience in managing contract agreements (knowledge of EKHO taxation)
  • Category B driver’s license
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting software (Kulcs-Soft)
